When Will It Rain Again?

Yesterday one of the local weather reports stated that our county was in a moderate drought condition. For our state, in a month that normally gets around 3 or 4 inches of rain, September stands at around half an inch total rain accumulation. The creeks are dry and the grass is brown; on the bright side no one has had to mow any grass for a while.
