On the same trip as yesterday’s challenge entry, we are in Hefei, Anhui Province, at a shopping area. Everything in the cities in China is dense. We passed dozens of apartment high-rises in every town and people are everywhere on bikes and on foot. Hefei was no different. A large square building with a courtyard inside hides this shopping area from the roads on all sides. But you can find just about anything packed into the small area including food and appliances. These images are some of my ‘tourist’ shots! At the end of this visit, we passed by a fellow selling hot sweet potatoes for the weary shoppers. I did eventually buy a teapot but not at this particular area.
