Return to Jug Rock…

We drove through Shoals, Indiana, a couple of weeks ago and took the opportunity to stop by Jug Rock. It is the largest free-standing table rock formation in the United States east of the Mississippi River (that story is here!) With the leaves off the trees I got a more clear look at this geologic entity. And this time Charlotte did get out of the van to take a look at it too.

Do you think the top of this thing looks like a dinosaur’s head?
