Sony a6000 and usually with the 18-200mm telephoto zoom.

The ‘critics’ have panned the lens I use, but I have found it to be quite versatile in most conditions. I have no complaints.

Sony have recently introduced a new Mirror less Camera, is yours similar ?

I know the a6300 just recently came out. It has a few upgrades over mine along with a major upgrade in the price! The price increase, to me, is too much to justify getting it. I don’t know about the professional level cameras. I am not ready for that level yet so I don’t follow it quite as closely! Right now, I am looking at macro lenses and maybe a long fixed-length telephoto. Again, the budget will constrain that search!

Yes I think I will go for a macro too and a fixed telephoto upto 300mm so I can get more details of Birds.
